Tileberry is a tile-matching puzzle game. This policy explains what information the game uses.
Tileberry does not ask you to create an account, and it never asks for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or your phone's advertising ID.
The game saves your progress (levels, stars, streak, the items you own and your settings) on your own device, in the app or browser storage. Clearing the app's data or the site data deletes it.
To learn how many people play and which features are enjoyed, the game may send our server a small anonymous message such as "the game was opened", "a board was started or finished" or "someone previewed an item in the shop". These messages contain a random ID made for your device (it is not your phone's hardware ID and cannot identify you), the type of event, the board shape, the time a board took, and an optional ad-source tag from the link you came from. They contain no name, email, location or IP address that we keep.
This data is stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare), is encrypted while it travels, is not sold, and is not shared with advertisers. To ask us to delete data tied to your device, email us at the address below.
Tileberry has no ads, and it never will. The game is free to play. The app versions may offer optional purchases such as scenery, tile styles, music and a subscription called Tileberry Club. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your card or payment details. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was made so we can unlock what you bought.
If you tap Share, the game creates a picture or text with your result. It is sent only where you choose to send it.
Tileberry is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13.
If this policy changes we will update the date above.
